I am a life coach with a focus on transitions with purpose. I also practice Sidereal astrology because reading a birth chart is like seeing a blueprint of a person's life path. A birth chart shows who you are, who you're meant to become, and the path you're meant to follow. This gives us the advantage of being able to quickly see themes and patterns that repeat in a person's life.
We usually know when something's the matter, but we can't always put a finger on it. I've heard people say things like, “I give so much of myself to other people and I truly care about them, but somehow I’m unfulfilled and not satisfied.”
It’s easy to recognize patterns because of the obvious configurations in a natal chart. Once you recognize the pattern, it’s easy to change. That's where coaching comes in.
Integrating astrology enriches the coaching process by addressing not just the tangible aspects but also the spiritual and psychological dimensions.
