Fire Signs: Aries - Leo - Sagittarius

Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius are all fire signs with qualities like passion, inspiration, motivation, transformation, and yet how they go about things is different.

Signs are about how things happen. One is not any better than the other. It's whether you're tapping into these energies and are they conscious and balanced, or are they unconscious and out of harmony.

Aries likes to be an explorer, a leader, a pioneer. Aries takes initiative and likes to start things, and where you have Aries, you have endless energy.

When Aries is conscious and in harmony, there's such a visionary aspect and so much passion. He's unstoppable. But when Aries is unconscious and out of harmony, that ram will slam right into a wall over and over again (and then he'll really be unconscious).

Leo is personified by the lion, like a kitty who either wants to roar or wants to purr. Leo is related to the Sun, and where you have Leo, you want to be seen. You want to be acknowledged and you want to have fun. Leo wants to lead because the lion has a pride, and he wants to play.

But when Leo goes unconscious and is out of harmony, it's like petting a cat the wrong way.

Sagittarius is represented by the centaur with an arrow aimed to the sky. Where you have Sag, you need higher purpose, a need for travel, for adventure. Sag is expansive and instinctual and where you're usually able to see the bigger picture.

If Sag goes unconscious and without direction, he'll be shooting arrows any which way. My Sun is in Sag and it's all about adventure, philosophy, open-mindedness, and purpose, and I can share with you that when it's out of harmony, man, it's excessive and impractical or it's adrift and aimless and inhibited. You have to balance with humility.

If Aries comes up to a wall, he might go, "I'm just going to bulldoze my way through. I have long-term vision. I'm going to put my head down."

Leo wants to be a little more creative, and if he roars and can't get that wall to come down, he'll get his pride to do the work for him.

Sagittarius will look at that wall and go, "Does this wall even link up to my higher purpose?"
